Schedule & Tee Sheets

Configure weekly matchups, tee times, course settings, and cart rules.

How the Schedule Works

The schedule is generated automatically when you create a season. Each week gets a configuration that controls which teams play, what course they're on, and how tee times are assigned. You can edit any week's configuration before it's confirmed.

Weekly Configuration

Each week has the following settings:

Course
Defaults to the season's course. Override per week for travelling leagues or one-off venue changes.
Nine to Play
Front 9 or Back 9. Determines which holes are in play for the week.
Start Type
Shotgun or Tee Times. Shotgun sends all groups off at once. Tee Times staggers groups at set intervals.
Base Time
The first tee time (or shotgun start time). All other times are calculated from this.
Interval
Minutes between groups for Tee Times start type. Typical values are 8-10 minutes. Ignored for Shotgun starts.
Cart Path Rule
Off Path (carts anywhere), 90-Degree Rule (drive to your ball at 90 degrees), or Cart Path Only (carts stay on the path at all times).

Tee Sheet Types

Shotgun Start

All groups tee off simultaneously from different holes. Best for leagues that want everyone to start and finish at roughly the same time. The base time is the single start time for all groups.

Tee Times

Groups go off in sequence from the first tee. The system assigns times automatically based on the base time and interval. For example, with a 4:30 PM base time and 8-minute intervals, groups go at 4:30, 4:38, 4:46, and so on.

Tip
Most simulator leagues use Shotgun starts since all bays are available at once. Use Tee Times if your venue has limited bays and needs to stagger groups.

Course Assignment per Week

For travelling leagues, you can set a different course for each week. The course determines the hole layout, slope, rating, and stroke allocation used for handicap calculations that week.

Non-travelling leagues default every week to the season course. You can still override individual weeks if the league needs to move to a different venue for a specific round.

Confirming a Week

Step 1Review the matchups

Check the Schedule tab to see which teams are playing each other. The system generates round-robin pairings automatically.

Step 2Set the course and time

Confirm the course, nine to play, start type, base time, and interval.

Step 3Lock it in

Once confirmed, the week appears on the player-facing schedule. Players see their tee time, opponent, and course details.
Warning
Changing a week's configuration after it's been confirmed won't automatically notify players. Use the league chat or a broadcast email to communicate changes.

Cart Path Rules

The cart path rule is displayed on the weekly schedule card so players know the policy before they arrive:

Off Path
Carts can drive anywhere on the course. Most relaxed option.
90-Degree Rule
Drive on the cart path, then turn 90 degrees to your ball. Return to the path after your shot.
Cart Path Only
Carts must stay on the cart path at all times. Players walk to their ball.
