What Is a Digital Scorecard?
tplgolf provides a digital scorecard for league matches. Each scorecard is tied to the match, teams, handicap strokes, and the holes being played.
Starting a Scorecard
Step 1 — Create the Scorecard
Your commissioner creates the match scorecard from the league schedule. Open the match link when it is time to play.
Step 2 — Add Players
Players open the match link or QR code. The scorecard shows the players, teams, and holes for that match.
Step 3 — Score Hole by Hole
Enter scores as you play. Everyone in the group can see scores update in real time.
Step 4 — Attest
When the round is complete, players can attest (confirm) their scores. This locks the scorecard and marks it as official.
Scorecard States
A scorecard moves through these states:
- Not Started — Created but no scores entered yet
- In Progress — Scoring is underway
- Completed — All holes scored, awaiting attestation
- Attested — Scores confirmed and locked
Tip
For league matches, your commissioner handles the scorecard setup. You just need to open the match page and enter scores in the match scorecard.
